dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we aim at understanding the career journey of the women to executive positions, the various obstacles and challenges they have faced, how the organisation had supported their career progression and how would varies across different industries. We also and to understand how things have changed from a couple of decades back today and what are the various reasons that have led to this kind of changes. We also will explore the positives and negatives of having more women in the top executive positions and also quantitatively analyse the various factors that contribute to the career progression of men and women and how they vary between the two genders.en_US
