Abstract: | People are thinking twice before stepping out of their homes be it buying vegetables, resuming work from office, etc. Consumers have become more health-conscious and gives utmost importance to hygiene and safety. The same applies in the hotel industry too. In the new normal, consumers not only expect their rooms to be cleaned but regularly sanitized as well. The factors like following anti-COVID policies and taking other safety related norms will now play vital role in the customer making the decision of choosing a particular hotel out of the available options. This all has forced the hotels to follow the anti-COVID guidelines and other precautionary measures. This project aims to study how Anti-Covid regulations and other related measures adapted by the hotel industry impact the decision of the consumers while making the selection among the luxury hotels in India. |
