Abstract: The roadmap from introductory to growth phase will majorly depend on two major factors: Product Update and Marketing. Product update will be done with the help of constant feedback from customers, along with the collected data to understand the Product Market Fit. Once the PMF is established, various growth hacks and marketing tactics will be used to gain trial rate and repeat rates for our product. Marketing tactics will initially involve increasing reach and awareness amongst our target group. In later stages, growth hacks will be used to boost the growth of our reach, leading to an increase in our market share by conversion.
