Abstract: The Indian fashion industry is growing tremendously, and online shopping is shifting the industry to a more advanced shopping experience. But with more and more options available in the online platform, customers face various challenges, and their shortage of time is also creating hindrances in their shopping. With AI enabled online shopping personal assistant, customers would now be able to gain access to latest trends that fit them the best and do not have to go through the hassle of surfing through endless options. Since online cloth shopping in India is majorly dominated by the giants such as Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra, this feature can be incorporated in these platforms as an add on service with the per-transaction charge payment model. Major customer segments that are to be focussed on are working professionals and women of moderate education who have good leisure time.
