| Abstract: | Gamified assessments are relatively new way of recruiting or training employees, we required a mix of both primary and secondary research to understand the perspective of various stakeholders that are involved in using or developing gamified assessment. The key objective of the project is to understand how such assessments work, what do they test and how are they more useful than other alternatives available in the market. |
