Our motive of the project is to understand the changes in HR policies post the pandemic by respective firms, the purpose of change in HR policies, and employee reactions over the change in the respective HR policy. Here HR policy does not limit to any policy level decision, but also an initiative, or operation decision to resolve any of the challenges or opportunity of benefit during the pandemic times. We also have provided recommendation basis our discussions with various stakeholders in this process, but these recommendations are just top up on our core offering in the project and are limited to our discussion with employees and HR managers from the respective firms.en_US
