Abstract: | Through this report, we aim to explore different ways mission drift happens in social enterprises and try to analyse the case of Fabindia with help of available academic literature. While Mission drift might sometimes result in unwanted negative social consequences, we would also like to show how mission drift is not always destructive. Combining all the above factors, this report studies the various qualitative and quantitative metrics by which the mission drift of Fabindia could be analysed and finally provide recommendations on how the firm can manage the mission drift going forward. |
