The revolution of chatbots technology can be dated back to 2001 with the development of SmarterChild. This online chatbot stored data across tasks like stock markets, sports, news, weather, etc. The users can access any information with a basic search. This chatbot marked the incorporation of machine learning and artificial intelligence technology to facilitate discussion-based virtual assistance.en_US
