| Abstract: | Identification of business opportunities in food start-up space serving customized wholesome meals to primary school children and designing business model for the same As the genetic structure, dietary habits, lifestyle of Indian kids and atmosphere are different. The nutritional requirement of all of the kids also varies considerably within India also. The main aim of the project is to study the business potential of implementing a commercial “Wholesome Meal Programme” in primary schools of urban areas. |
