The project intends to study the gifting needs and preferences of consumers in the present day and to verify the rising demand for personalized products. It will also identify the artists’ needs and their willingness to sell their products online. As a part of future projects, we intend to formulate a business plan positioned for the identified customer and artist segments based on the results of this study. Further, a dedicated platform for personalized gifting products can be created to cater to the unmet needs of the buyers (as well as the artists).en_US
