dc.description.abstract | Punit K Goyal and Anmol Jaggi, the co-founders of BluSmart Mobility, aimed to reduce the pollution caused due to transportation. They launched India’s largest electric mobility solution in October 2018, which differentiated itself from its competitorsinn pricing and customer experience. Punit Goyal aims for BluSmart to become the “AirBnB of Electric Mobility”. Currently, living in Delhi NCR and Bangalore, the cofounders plan for an ambitious expansion across India of their two main business lines: electric vehicles and charging hubs. However, there are certain constraints that the company needs to tackle before celebrating the initial positive customer response. How can the company leverage its first-mover advantage and sustain profitably in the Indian mobility sector? | en_US |
