dc.description.abstract | The exponential pace of change in technology mandates businesses and companies to anticipate, plan and lay ground work for their technological moves decades in advance. This paper uses primary data collected from 8 interviewees, combines it with secondary research, and identified six key parameters that are pivots from growth in the e-commerce space. We propose a framework leveraged on these parameters that can be utilized by tech companies to devise their future strategies and plan accordingly. | en_US |
