Abstract: | Quick Service Restaurant, with a current market size of INR 4320 Bn, has great potential to scale rapidly in the future. Increasing dual-income households leading to higher disposable income, changing customer preferences towards eating outside due to demographic impact, and deeper penetration by QSR brands will lead to strong growth in the coming years. With the change in customer behaviour due to exposure to global cuisines, comfortable with having food delivered, and increasing expectations with a focus on healthy snacks, the sector also faces many headwinds in the future. In this regard, we want to focus on understanding the sector trends and growth strategies the firm can deploy to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. |
