Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming an integral part of everyday operations across various industries, including healthcare, finance, marketing, and human resources. Among its many applications, AI is being used to automate routine tasks, improve process efficiency, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. A notable advancement in this field is the emergence of ChatGPT, a conversational AI developed by OpenAI, based on the Generative Pretrained Transformer (GPT) architecture. ChatGPT is designed to understand the context and intent of user input and generate coherent, contextually appropriate responses. This capability makes it particularly valuable in the domain of Human Resources (HR), where it can be customized to suit organizational needs—from answering employee queries to streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing internal communications. As organizations continue to explore its possibilities, ChatGPT stands at the forefront of AI integration in HR, demonstrating substantial potential to transform how businesses manage and support their workforce.
