It also relates to how a company manages its non-financial risks. Environmental factors include direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions, responsible use of other natural resources, waste reduction, and climate change strategy. Social factors include implementing labor laws, workplace health and safety, responsible community engagement, equal employment opportunities, diversity and inclusion, customer satisfaction, human rights policy, and data protection. Governance factors include corporate governance and board composition, risk management, ethical code of conduct, conflict of interest management, disclosure transparency, shareholder rights, and executive compensation.en_US
