Abstract: One of the most important roles of human resources for an organization's success is to find and choose prospective employees. The process involves putting together a diverse group of candidates who meet certain requirements and have the potential and then letting them know about job openings. HR managers need to know a lot about the industry and the business they work for in order to choose the right employees. HR managers also need to be able to promote the business as a well-known brand among potential employees. This makes the business an attractive place to work. In today's competitive job market, there are a lot of challenges for companies when it comes to recruiting. If they hire the "wrong" person for a job, it will cost them a lot. A candidate who is incompatible with the organization's values, mission, work culture, role requirements, or competency requirements could cause the organization to fail. Bad hires have more negative effects than just the obvious effect they have on a team's ability to do its job. For example, wasting time, effort, energy, and resources and missing out on the chance to hire someone good. Many times, a bad hire also hurts the brand's reputation both inside and outside the company. Companies are turning more and more to gamification to find innovative approaches to reduce the chance of hiring the wrong person. Different uses of gamification as a method show that it is starting to gain traction. Gamification systems are used by companies to increase customers and employees interest in a brand, which leads to higher levels of engagement and satisfaction
