dc.description.abstractBy modernization we mean a change in the traditional methods in any or all of the processes involved in dairy industry which extends on one need to production of milk at the farm level and on the other end to sale of milk and milk products to customers. One of the effects of modernization is the satisfaction of wants of consumers who are physically quite away from the producers.
