Title: Planning the capital structure
Authors: Kuchhal, S. C.

Citation: Chartered Accountant XIX. 1, (July 1970), 11-29
Abstract: There is no such thing as the model capital structure for all business undertakings. One way of panning of the capital structure is to make it fit into a model compiled from a number of different experiences that may have been drawn from the historical ratios of that firm. This exercise may be checked with the experiences of competitive concerns of the industry as a whole, and of security analysis, underwriters, investment companies, finance and development corporations.
