Abstract: | This study is concerned with lab our-management rela tions in an industry characterized by rapid economic and technological changes. Applying the Dunlop ap proach, the author reviews some of the salient features of the system of industrial relations. It is found that the organization of the industry has had a considerable affect on the structure and output of the system of in dustrial relations. It is also found that technology is an important variable explaining harmonious relations at both the plant and the national levels. However, the changing environment is likely to give rise to newer problem. |
