This case deals with (a) institutional credit policies for farm inputs distribution, (b) problems of input dealers in obtaining this credit, and (c) the estimation of input distribution credit needs vis-a-vis the credit actually provided. Based on this analysis, the case also raises the question of developing a more liberal policy strategy for banking credit to the input retailers in the cooperative and private sectors.en
