CNSG is in the business of communication equipment, including antennae and is one of the most profitable Groups of ECIL. The communication equipment industry is a fast growing and nationally vital industry. The Group has many opportunities in different areas such as electronic warfare equipment and fax machines. CNSG would like to become a subsidiary of ECIL. The case focuses on the alternatives open to CNSG.
