In early 1990, the Indian cashew Industry faced a problem and pressure from the foreign buyers to change the packaging material. The present centainers has to be cnaged to same matenal which is early disposable reeyelable, and sate in opening, while having the features of the centermer too. TCI packaging division a reputation to give packaging solutions and has tested its material to give an alternate to the cashew Bulk packaging. The case deals this situation from the new point of TCI's packaging division. Its shereths & urealensses stakeholder & tenstatri marketing stategy for the new product.en
