| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experiences of some Indian organizations in implementing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems, and draws conclusions from these experiences. These experiences were reported to the author by several managers in their interaction with him, in classrooms, during consulting and training sessions, in detailed interviews, and even during casual conversations. |
