This note describes the rules of playing the `Multi User Project Management Game’ that is implemented on Novell Netware LAN. In this game, each of the players has to execute an identical but separate project that involves the construction of a two-storey building. The decisions of the players are concerned with the scheduling of activities and obtaining finances from different sources. The game proceeds period by period. The note describes the cash inflows and outflows for a player, the game data, and winning criterion. It also describes the menu structure of the program with which the player interacts.en
