| Abstract: | This note introduces the structured systems analysis and design methodology though a running example. It presents the use to Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Data Dictionary, in analyzing and designing information systems. The note also illustrates data table design and process implementation and presents an MS Access Query based solution to illustrate the transition of system design to implementation. |
