dc.description.abstractIn order to respond to the changing auto market, MUL is trying to become more market oriented. The MD is concerned about integration within MUL's operations, i.e., marketing, manufacturing, vendor development, engineering, etc. The objective of the case is to study current mechanisms used bu MUL to coordinate the above functions, develop ways to manage supply chain interfaces and examine the appropriate performance measures for achieving the firm's objective.en
