It describes the distinctive characteristics of the express industry and presents the origins and evolution of the industry abroad and in India. This is followed by a profile of the main competitors: DHL, Blue Dart, Elite, and EMS - Speed Post. It concludes with a short write-up on the outlook for the industry.en
