| Abstract: | This case describes a successful E-Governance application in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The application pertains to the State Department of Transportation in issuing Learner’‘s licence, Driver’‘s licence, Registration of vehicles, etc. The success of the application on the DOT network linking three RTO offices has led the department to extend this statewide on their APSWAN backbone. |
