Abstract

This is a caselet describing the experience of one of the customers of Deep Valley Solutions Limited (DVS). As a product software company DVS develops and sells packaged software that supports the management of supply chain. Roger Smith is the coordinator from customer end. His company has bought the software of DVS for worldwide implementation. He has shared his experience of dealing with DVS project staff and with Mr. Manohar and Mr. Anand, the founders of DVS. Manohar and Anand are required to review this experience and develop directions for interfacing project management with customer management.
