dc.description.abstractThis case study discusses various issues in toll based BOT projects. L&T Transportation Infrastructure Limited (LTTIL), the BOT operator has been facing financial problems, experiencing a difficult time collecting tolls from the Athupalam Bridge segment of the Coimbatore Bypass project. Though, LTTIL and the Government have been trying to resolve the problem, no positive solution has been arrived at as yet. The future course of action needs to be examined.en
