| Abstract: | The case presents the dilemma of product in project faced by the founders of Computronix Solutions Private Limited. The Company is a ‘start up’ set up by the graduates of a leading technology institute in India. It is a part of the incubator promoted by the institute. The case describes the early days of the start up, the profiles of the members and their achievements. It also provides the background of the incubator efforts of the Institute. The founders also have to decide whether to stay in the incubator or not. |
