| Abstract: | This case adds to the data presented in case titled, “Packers, Movers & Shakers (A)” (MAR0373), “Packers, Movers & Shakers (B)” (MAR0374), and “Packers, Movers & Shakers (C)” (MAR0375). A consumer was disappointed with the experience he had with a company that he had hired to pack and shift his household belongings from one city to another. The details of experiences he and his wife had in dealing with the company, their subsequent complaint, and their fights for their rights appear in the series of Cases (A), (B), and (C). The Case (D) traces the long journey these consumers take up to fight for justice. |
