| Abstract: | A customer wanted to get his camera repaired. He gave his camera at a shop for an estimate for repair. When he went to enquire about the status of his camera, he was shocked to know that his camera case was misplaced/ lost by the shop. The case describes his experience in dealing with this shop and his long battle for his rights. In the process, the case highlights issues of customer service. |
