| Abstract: | A customer was disappointed to see the manner in which his suit was stitched and handled by the tailoring shop where he had given it for stitching. The explanation given by the head tailor had further disappointed and shocked the customer. Then case traces the journey this customer takes up to fight for this right. In the process, the case highlights issues of customer service, employee behavior, and consumer action. |
