dc.description.abstractThe paper explores the journey of Indian organizations in terms of gender diversity through five phases of women s entry into organizations, their career paths and growth. The paper then identifies the policies organizations need to design and what roles women and men can play to create a vibrant and live organizations. The paper looks at the need to translate the potentials of both women and men into reality to enhance productivity.
