Abstract: The case deals with strategy and launch plan of Indian operations of MakeMytrip.com (MMT)--an exciting online travel service provider. This case discusses challenges and opportunities existed in the online travel market during the launch phase. The management felt that there was plenty of opportunities but anticipated competition in the near future. The case lucidly examines the strategy and launch plan of the company to achieve leadership position in the market.
