Change in Information Flow at Employee's Provident Fund Organization and the Predicament of Mr. Ganesh Babu

Abstract

The case describes a situation where an officer in an organization develops small software that would have helped the organization in growth of its business. In spite of being a very useful application it acceptability is very low. The software has impact on the personal relationship of software project manager with that of his colleagues. The case discusses issues in applications development and implementation in organizations.
