dc.description.abstractThe case, Resource Centre at Ramnirajan Podar School, describes a unique setup in a private school in Mumbai. The school has invested in creating a resource centre (3 faculty and a high speed internet connection). The faculty of the resource centre work closely with all the teachers of the school in helping them to improve their teaching and learning. They also help and support the students, teachers, and principal in conducting the annual events of the school. They work on the strengths of school teachers and try to put together the best aids for use in classroom. The resource centre works with the support of the principal of the school.en
