| Abstract: | This is a sequel to Barber and Barwil (A): Strategic Options (BP0323(A)). It consists of presentations that include recommendations by the project team to the Board of Directors of the Wilh Wilhelmsen (WW) group and the Board’s consequent decisions in September, 2004. This is also a bridge to WMS (A): To Acquire Unitor or Not? (F&A0482(A)) which brings out key decisions in the area of acquisition and restructuring, as the WW group moved into 2005. |
