| Abstract: | This case is based on the experience of a multinational-multilocation company during its attempt to implement a customer relationship management software. The implementation attempts failed and the company was not able to reach its goal. The quotations included in the case were taken from personal interviews with the people concerned. The names of the company and characters have been disguised to maintain confidentiality. |
