dc.description.abstractDirector of SEWA is discussing with her PMU (Project Management Unit) team of Jeevika about indicators -- both quantitative and qualitative -- which should be considered for mid term review of Jeevika project. The case contains information on Jeevika project, mid term review of Jeevika project, various stakeholders and their role in project implementation, activities under the project, agreement about fund flow, project management, implementation and coordination among various stakeholders. The process of village identification and beneficiary identification, formation of Jeevika Sewa Manadals (village development committees), organization structure, elements of micro plan of a village, funds sanctioned, proposed and deployed, allocation of funds across various activities are given. The case unfolds issues in coordination, implementation of a project undertaken by an NGO with governmental and international funding agency.en
