Abstract: | Usually all training programmes are instituted and supported with the fond hope that they would enhance organizational effectiveness and demonstrably contribute to the satisfaction of the trainee's personal goals as well as the goals and objectives of the organization. Thus, training is supposed to contribute to personal and corporate growth. |
