Abstract: | One of the important features of the new EXIM policy of 2001-02 is the removal of Quantitative restrictions 9QRs) on 715 items by the Government of India. The dismantling of QRs has to be carried out under the obligations of mutual agreement between the US and India under the WTO regulations. |
