Medical Negligence: Law and Interpretation

Abstract

The issues of negligence by doctors and the discretionary powers to doctors arc at the core of medical profession and hospitals are directly affected by new interpretation of an existing law regarding medical professionals. The project aims to find the impact of the changing law in general and the Martin D’Souza case in particular.
