Understanding the decision dimensions and strategies for Reliance ADAG for coming up with the IT strategy and technology policy framework. Reliance Communications had decided to push off its IT division as a separate group-owned company in the name of RTS (Reliance Technology Services). This exercise also critically looks at the structuring issues and dilemmas related to the IT organization.
