Global Sourcing and Remote Work: India Country Study

Abstract

The aims of the India country study include creating a knowledge base regarding various types of remote work undertaken in the ITES-BPO sector in India and the effects of these arrangements on employment conditions as well as offering some suggestions for policies and practices designed to simultaneously improve employment conditions and key business outcomes for companies using these arrangements.
