dc.description.abstractBusiness ethics is apparent in management literature and business houses today. The essence of human values is quite essential for a long term survival of business. Notwithstanding the social uncertainties and the business fluctuation in vogue, competitive survival is the call of the hour. Understanding human values as human emotions in recent times is a challenge across organizations.
