The study conducted in the Head Office of ‘The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd., Karur, Tamil Nadu taking a sample of 87 employees drawn from three levels of that organization reveals that most of the respondents are showing medium to high level of job involvement, family involvement associated with positive mental health. Pearson intercorelation matrix reveals that the correlations are low between job involvement and family involvement, and job involvement and mental health.
