Managing a communication system - case of SAC

Abstract

Examination of various aspects of communication system of DECU; the content of examination was soft core and hard core programmers; communication for the villages in Kheda district specific programmed having a narrower segment eg. women, farmers etc.; the channel used was low power transmitter for about an hour a day; objective of the communication was its development, different programmed aimed to achieve this through change in various aspects of the individual.
