Demand estimation for land transportation and passenger cars

Abstract

The project tried to estimate demand for aggregate transportation and for passenger cars in the country; for the statistical analysis, the main methods used were the trend smoothing, time series analysis and the regression technique; the theoretical underpinnings of the estimation and the actual estimation procedures have been looked into in the report.
